One District One Product Scheme Rajasthan

The Rajasthan One District One Product (ODOP) Scheme is a strategic initiative by the state government, recently bolstered by the Rajasthan ODOP Policy 2024, aimed at transforming every district into an export hub by promoting a signature local product. As of early 2026, the state has identified unique products for 50 districts to foster balanced regional development and enhance the "Vocal for Local" vision.

- To boost local economies by focusing on district-specific indigenous products and craftsmanship.
- To identify and promote products with high export potential, aiming for global recognition.
- To provide a robust ecosystem for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises through value-chain enhancements, better infrastructure, and modern technology.
- To generate local employment opportunities, thereby reducing migration for work.
- To encourage technology up-gradation, quality certification (like BIS or FSSAI), and design improvement to meet international standards.

The scheme provides several incentives for MSMEs producing registered ODOP items:
Margin Money Grant: Eligible micro and small enterprises can receive a grant of up to ₹20 lakh.
E-Commerce Support: Reimbursement of 75% of platform fees (up to ₹1 lakh/year) for two years to encourage online sales.
Technology Upgradation: Financial assistance of 50% (up to ₹5 lakh) for acquiring advanced software or technology from national institutions.
Marketing Assistance: Up to ₹50,000 or 75% stall rent reimbursement for participating in national exhibitions like India Stonemart 2026.
Quality & IPR: Reimbursement of up to ₹3 lakh for obtaining quality certifications and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).

- The scheme applies to both new and existing MSMEs (including agro-processing, manufacturing, and handloom units).
- The unit must be established within Rajasthan.
- The enterprise must be engaged in the production of the specific ODOP product identified for its district.
- Must possess a valid Udyam Registration Certificate and a Rajasthan SSO Login ID for online application.
- Special incentives are often provided for enterprises owned by SC/ST, Women, PwBD, and Youth (under 35 years).

First sale invoice or current sale invoice as proof of production start date.
